Wellness Studio Nov2018Our Wellness Studio is a boutique space dedicated to our suite of wellness programs. These include a mix of physical activity such as Yoga and Pilates, along with the non-physical element of Meditation and Mindfulness practices.

Our experienced and supportive instructors will ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our participants of all abilities. Classes are capped at 10-14 participants to ensure a personalised and friendly environment.


Take time out of your day just to just 'be', leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Yoga - 60 minute - This dynamic, flowing Vinyasa class incorporates static postures, breathing and meditation. Move mindfully, developing mental acuity as well as flexibility and strength.

Pilates – 45 minute -improve posture, strength, flexibility and body awareness. It is great for all ages and abilities and perfect for those coming back from injury. It is a mat class which can include the use of therabands, balls and foam rollers.

Body Balance – 60 minute – A fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates in a workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.

Seated Yoga – 45 minute  - Modify yoga poses done while seated in a chair. Use the support of a chair while focusing on breath to improve balance, stability and mobility.

Meditation - 45 minute - Guided meditation session, an experienced instructor will guide participants to consciously focus the mind on a specific thing to create relaxation, awareness, calmness and happiness.
